When a long-established European brand lost the complete manufacturing knowledge of a 50-year-old sugar-coated functional tablet (recipe, process parameters, and tooling), they turned to BF-ESSE. Through reverse engineering, analytical testing, pilot production, and the revival of traditional layer-by-layer coating techniques, we successfully brought the product back to market in full EU compliance.
